At Skysana, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure quality and functionality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Personal-use electronic accessories once opened, unless defective

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Skysana.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
