Shipping Locations

Skysana currently ships to selected countries within Africa only.

We do not offer international shipping outside Africa at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • East Africa: 3–7 business days

  • West Africa: 5–10 business days

  • Southern Africa: 5–10 business days

  • North Africa: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

Shipping Fees

While we work with trusted logistics partners, Skysana is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the package and item received

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and assist accordingly.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
